His research interests include applications of integer and combinatorial optimization to transportation and telecommunications network design problems. These applications include topics such as Vehicle Routing Problem, Fixed Charge Transportation Problem, Plant Location Problem, Design of Survivable Optical Networks, Telecommunication Network Design with Multiple Facilities, and Design of Wireless Sensor Networks. His research has been published in reputed international journals such as Operations Research, European Journal of Operational Research, INFORMS Journal on Computing, and Networks.
