Dr. Yash Daultani is an Associate Professor of Operations and Supply Chain Management
(OSCM) at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow, India. His teaching interests
are focused on operations & supply chain analytics, simulation, and Industry 4.0 applications
in OSCM. He also designs and leads Executive Programmes in digital transformation and
supply chain analytics for senior and middle management, and advises organizations on
analytics adoption and the redesign of their operating processes.
Much of his research addresses how supply chains hold up under environmental pressure,
disruption, and the shift to Industry 4.0, and what analytics, modeling and simulation can tell
managers about it. His current work examines Generative AI and digital twins, and what these
change about supply chain resilience. He supervises doctoral research in these areas, and has
led funded projects on Make in India, analytics and e-learning, supported by the Ministry of
Education, ICSSR, Invest UP, and BitGrit Japan.
