    Assistant Professor (Grade-I)
    Operations Management

    Dr. Rakesh V is an Assistant Professor at Indian Institute of Management Lucknow in Operations Management area since April 2018. Before this appointment, he was working at Indian Institute of Management Sirmaur. He has completed his Masters and Doctoral studies from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. Prior to his PhD degree, he worked with Amazon.com as Program Manager. He has also worked as Software Engineer with Toshiba.

    The theme of his research is mathematical modeling of decisions in Operations and Supply Chain Management. He currently focuses on warehouse design and operations. His papers have been published in journals including International Journal of Production Research, and International Journal of Advanced Manufacturing Technology.
