Nurturing Future Leadership Program (MMTTP): Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Programme- Batch- 04

Nurturing Future Leadership Programme is designed to emphasize and inculcate educational leadership qualities in higher education sectors and faculty who are preparing for educational leadership roles in future. The NFLP programme is nurtured under the Malviya Mission Teacher Training Programme, Ministry of Education. The program not only focuses on imparting leadership qualities in teachers and faculties but also proffers intrinsic benefits to the faculty who are not assuming leadership roles. The whole purpose of offering this programme to educational leaders, teachers and faculty members is to fetch a wide-ranging benefit for the nation.

• Fostering unending leadership potential to all faculty members at different positions in HEIs
• Different potentials like decision-making, leadership quality, taking initiative and problem-solving are offered to the participants to contribute effectively and efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria:

Faculty members who have more than 3 years of work experience and are from centrally funded or state universities are also eligible to apply for this training programme.

Programme Fee:

The Programme is sponsored by the Ministry of Education, hence the fees of the same will be paid by the Ministry of Education.

Registration Process

The Registration Form duly filled in along with the requisite nomination fee should reach us at least 14 days before the commencement date of the programme.

In the event of cancellation of nomination by the sponsoring authority, only 50 percent of the fee would be refunded provided we receive such information at least 10 days before the commencement of the programme. However, the nominating organization could recommend change(s) in the nominee(s).

The programme would be conducted in the case the Institute receives a sufficient number of nominations up to 14 days before the programme date. In the event of a participant fails to attend a confirmed programme, no refund of fee will be made. In the case of cancellation of the programme by the Institute, the programme fee paid by the sponsoring organization/individual will be refunded.

A confirmation of nomination letter/mail will be sent to nominees after the due date. Nominees/organizations are requested to make travel plans only after receiving the confirmation of nomination(s).

A combined initiative by the Directorate General Resettlement, Ministry of Defence and Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIML), a six-month General Management Programme (GMP) for the Defence Officers is conducted at the Institute.
